A young lady is feeling the brunt of the downsides of technology after she recently revealed an unfortunate experience with the online banking platform where she purchased an airtime.
A Twitter user identified simply as Sylvia (@magicE4ma), has taken to the social networking platform to reveal how she mistakenly bought an airtime of N15,000 instead of N1500 from MTN VTU through her bank app.
She took to her Twitter page to share her story and in the process called on the bank and the service provider to come to her aid: “I mistakenly bought 15,000 card instead of 1500. Guys pls what can I do. @ecobank_nigeria @MTNNG pls guys I need help cant sleep,” shw wrote.
The pretty lady posted the screenshot of the transaction on Twitter, but was disappointed after MTN replied her saying they can’t help her, but finally after much pleading, EcoBank refunded the money to her.
