It is always good to hear two sides of a story before drawing a conclusion. That is why when Festus Keyamo, a legal practitioner and minister, called singer Eedris Abdulkareem out, Nigerians were hoping for the singer’s response. Thankfully, he has come out to reply Keyamo.
Festus Keyamo, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, had called the singer out last night on Twitter. He termed the singer as a blackmailer because he said “where Festus Keyamo dey? He don dey chop with cabal o” in his recent song, “Jagajaga reloaded”. The lawyer had claimed that what inspired that song was because he had dodged the singer. He claimed that the singer haf tried to extort him of N1.3million back in 2018 by claiming that his mother was sick. You can read the tweet.
The singer has thrown a reply back at Festus Keyamo recalling how he supported the laywyer when he was in jail. He said that he had reached out to him in 2018 expecting help from someone he regarded as a brother. Read his full reply below:
